Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will grant you complete command over your e-mail accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-work-with graphical user interface, you can set up a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect e-mails from one e-mail box to another, activate email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mail accounts against junk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted email messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming mails on the basis of certain rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect immediately. You can easily set up an email filter for any of your electronic mail accounts and define the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mail account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mail account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager, working with multiple email mailbox accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
